We decorated our place last night, tree and all! Espresso, Kahlua, cream liqueur by Starbucks and Cool Whip make for a jolly old time.Nate's quote of the night: "We should mix caffeine and alcohol more often," he said as he was dancing like Lil Jon to The Little Drummer Boy song. He also belted out What Child is This with his own lyrics, including "Whose Child is This?" As in, who in the heck had this child? Not quite the same feeling as the original but just as great, in my opinion:)

ReplyDeleteI got "sick" on Thursday and stayed home to move our front room around. I put up some of the Christmas decorations, but we did not have the tree. You have given me an awesome idea for tonight. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI miss booze. We also put up Christmas lights in teh FREEZING COLD yesterday and today. It was just a few lights, but it was damn cold.
