While I compose my thoughts on an informative post about our weekend 'down south', let's start with this beautiful baby girl. Tilly is Hannah's 6.5 month old daughter. So basically, she is like my pseudo-niece. Hannah asked if I would do a little photo shoot for them while I was in town and although I've never done anything like this before I was totally into it and excited to be a pretend photog. I mean, when you have a subject like Tilly you really can't go wrong. :)

I snapped 415 pictures over 3 days in St. Louis. About 200 were from our photo shoot. I uploaded 87 to Flickr and was very proud of myself for limiting myself to these few shots on the blog. Enjoy! :)




Drooling is the new cool 'in thing' for babies. Duh.

These melt my heart. Hannah took maternity pics of her cute pregnant belly in front of this door and she had the great idea of doing these with Tilly, too. Love the light here.






Tilly is all about her feet. She's trying to teach her boyfriend, Truman, to suck on his toes, too.

And someday, when I have my baby girl, I WILL dress her in head to toe pink and make her wear things like this on her little head. And she will love it. I hope she has eyes like Tilly, too.
