Leslie emailed me as a merchandiser for Chloe + Isabel, asking if I wanted to do a review and giveaway for my readers, and I admit I hadn't heard of the company before. I looked around on her website and liked a lot of the accessories, especially the longer necklaces and some of the simple earrings. I never do a review and giveaway unless it's a product that I would actually use/wear anyway, and after checking out the website and emailing with Leslie about the company I decided this was a good fit. I know I could use a new piece of jewelry to add to my very slim/well-loved collection and maybe you could, too.
Some interesting facts about Chloe + Isabel: all of their products come with a lifetime guarantee for repair or replacement. Everything is nickel free, lead free, and hypoallergenic. They use brass as their base metal instead of plastic like some other jewelry, so quality is important to them as a company.
I chose the Minaret Three-Row Convertible necklace and love that it's really three separate necklaces that you can wear individually or as a group. So if I want to just wear the long pendant I can, but having all three stacked together looks really cute, too (and maybe I could say that there is a pendant for each kid to make it more personal for me?). I love the colors and the necklace seems to be made very well and the clasps seem sturdier than some of the others I have. Now I just have to decide how many pendants to wear at once and which length I should choose if I'm going for only one at a time.
I actually put on makeup one day and thought this necklace went well with this outfit. I should have also taken a picture with just one of the pendants but I forgot---trust me that they detach from each other;)

ReplyDeleteThis is a cool site! I do not have a huge collection of jewelry either, same as you - some worn, well-loved pieces! But, those necklaces you have are awesome! For earrings, I think the Casablanca Mother of Pearl are probably my favorite, although I like the braided chain necklaces as well.

That didn't make sense to me but I don't really know anything about jewelry making so maybe? Anyway, something for me to look at from now on when I am looking at jewelry on Esty. Thanks!
